对抗数字篡改
档案的重点不在“存下来”这一瞬间，而在于它能否在长期传播中保持可验证、可重复、可持续地被引用，不被轻易替换、抹去或扭曲。
02 / Blackout Survival
应对极端物理断网
Project Nomad 假定最坏情况发生：互联网消失、平台失联、云端不可用。系统必须在这种前提下继续运行，而不是在这种前提下彻底瘫痪。
03 / Near-Field Transfer
局域网 / 蓝牙近场传递机制
档案不只依赖公网访问，而要能在设备间局域网中继、蓝牙近场同步与离线载具传输中继续流动，像真正的方舟一样跨越封锁带。

Nomad Archive
An offline human-rights archive built on the Project Nomad architecture
History must not be rewritten. Truth must never go offline.
“Built on the Project Nomad architecture, this archive is designed to remain durable under blackout conditions. Even during extreme internet shutdowns, records of struggle and truth must continue moving from device to device through peer-to-peer transfer, leaving behind a memory imprint that authoritarian erasure cannot destroy.”
Offline survival is treated as a first-class condition, not as an emergency fallback.
LAN relays, Bluetooth proximity transfer, and device-to-device movement are part of the archive’s default survival logic.

01 / Anti-Tamper
Resistance to digital rewriting
The archive matters only if it stays verifiable, quotable, and durable across long periods of transmission without being silently altered or erased.
02 / Blackout Survival
Surviving physical internet blackouts
Project Nomad assumes the network disappears. The archive must still function under that assumption rather than collapse when cloud access is gone.
03 / Near-Field Transfer
LAN and Bluetooth proximity transfer
The archive must move across local relays, nearby devices, and offline carriers, not depend solely on the open internet.
